USB MultiBoot 10 By creating a multi-boot USB flash drive to install Windows 7 or Windows XP (or both) right from your flash drive, you can dual boot in no time. Follow the instructions given after the jump to make your own multi-boot USB drive.
 Part 1

# Connect a formatted USB drive to you PC, download WinSetupFromUSB and extract the files.

# Navigate to the extracted folder and right-click on WinSetupFromUSB executable file (.exe) and choose Run as administrator

# Now in the window that opens check if your USB drive is listed in “USB Disk Selection”, then choose or type in the following

Now hit the RMPrepUSB button

# Now toggle the options as shown below

# Then click on Prepare Drive button and click on the window that follows

# Let the command prompt perform requisite operations and thereafter close the PrepUSB tool window

# Now locate the XP installation files from the CD/DVD or local hard drive and then click Go.

# After that insert the Windows 7/Vista DVD/Recovery ISO or browse from the local hard drive and locate the files in the box as shown below

# After the process is complete click Done

Part 2

# Then download Bootfiles utility and extract the contents to desktop preferably. Browse to the extracted folder and locate menu.lst and winsetup.lst files, copy them and paste in the USB drive.

# When prompted will the Copy and Replace option click on it

That’s it your multi-boot Windows 7/Vista and XP USB drive is ready.
